Pymble railway station, is on the North Shore line of the Sydney Trains network. It serves the suburbs of Pymble and West Pymble. Station entry is accessed from Pacific Highway and Grandview Street.
Pymble is staffed from 6:00am to 7:00pm on weekdays, and 8:00am to 4:00pm on weekends and public holidays.[1]
History[]
Pymble station opened on 1 January 1890 when the North Shore line opened from Hornsby to St Leonards. The present island platform and station building were completed in 1909 in when the line was duplicated.
Early planning is underway for an accessibility upgrade at Pymble as part of the Transport Access Program. The upgrade is expected to be completed in 2023.[2]
