Convention Light Rail Station is the fifth stop on the L1 Dulwich Hill Line from Central.

It is located adjacent to Darling Drive and is the nearest stop to Darling Harbour Ferry Terminal. The stop consists of 2 side platforms. The stop's name, along with the Exhibition stop to the south, comes from the former Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre which closed in 2013 to be replaced with ICC Sydney.

The stop is also located close to other main attractions in Darling Harbour, such as SeaLife Sydney Aquarium, WildLife Sydney Zoo, Cockle Bay Wharf, Harbourside Shopping Centre, First State Super Theatre and ICC Sydney International Convention Centre.

The stop is the driver change point for the L1 line, as it is located nearby the Pyrmont Maintenance Centre.
